1. Scope of Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, retainers, and fees for grant writing and administrative consulting services provided by Grant Funding Corp.
2. Service-Based Fees
Our fees compensate for professional research time, strategic consultation, compliance evaluations, and proposal drafting. Because our time and resources are allocated immediately upon project kickoff, fees paid for completed or in-progress services are generally non-refundable.
3. Cancellations & Partial Refunds
If a service contract is canceled prior to work commencement, a full or partial refund may be issued at the discretion of management. Once proposal drafting or research has commenced, retainers and service payments are non-refundable.
