At Grant Funding Corp, we provide professional consulting and specialized grant writing services. Because our work involves immediate labor, research, and intellectual property, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Service-Based Policy All consulting fees and grant writing service payments are final. Once work has commenced or a consultation has been conducted, no refunds will be issued.

2. No Guarantee of Results We provide expert preparation and submission support; however, the final decision to award a grant rests solely with the funding body. Consequently, “denial of a grant” does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Cancellation of Retainers For ongoing administrative billing services, clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Any prepaid fees for work not yet performed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing Should a refund be granted due to an administrative error on our part, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 30 business days.
